What does Viggle's Customer Support handle?

Last Updated: Sep 28, 2012 10:54AM EDT Viggle's Customer Support team is available 9 am to 5 pm ET to help you with technical issues, troubleshooting and questions regarding reward redemptions.

You can reach us using the Contact Us web form within the app under Viggle Settings.  You can also email us at support@viggle.com.

With points history now in the app, we do not handle points questions about individual check-ins or ads. If you believe you did not get the points you expected, please consider the following:

Did you check into the correct episode? We promote the new episode as a Featured show with bonus points.

Were you checked into the show for at least 10 minutes?  That's the minimum requirement to get bonus points.

If you checked into a recorded version of a Featured show, you must check into it by 8 am ET the morning after it airs in order to get bonus points for it.

Please understand that we are unable to reply to repeated or multiple emails on the same topic from users.
